Please note that guests should carry their valid identity proof (Driving Licence/Passport/Election Card/Covering Letter) at the time of check-in. PAN Card is not accepted. If anybody fails to produce the required ID, the hotel will deny check-in, and no refund shall be given.

1. Our check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time is 11 a.m.
2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and will be charged accordingly.
3. Government-approved identity proof is mandatory for each guest at the time of check-in.
4. Booking should be confirmed with a letter, fax, or email.

2. It is mandatory for guests to present original, valid photo ID at the time of check-in.
3. The primary guest checking into the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1–5 years old.
4. The inclusion of an extra bed with a booking will be facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress.
5. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Check-in and check-out time is 12 PM.
6. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, outlets, minibar, snacks, or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of service.
7. No outside food or liquor is allowed within the hotel premises.
8. No meetings are permitted in the rooms.
9. Lady visitors are not allowed in the room.
10. Pets are not allowed.
11. Bookings without a voucher may be denied.
12. All occupants must produce valid ID at the time of check-in for police verification.
13. Two males and one female (or vice versa) cannot stay in one room.
14. No calls will be entertained that go against hotel policy.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

1. 100% cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled on or after the check-in date or in case of a no-show.
2. 100% cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled within 1 day before the check-in date.
3. Free cancellation is allowed if cancelled anytime between the booking date and 1 day before the check-in date.
